 Our application process can take 2 to 3 business days. Please answer all questions completely, any incomplete questions may cause a delay in the process. Please be sure to include the phone number of your vet for our vet reference call. If no vet information is provided your application may be denied. If you rent your home, please be sure to provide the name and number of your landlord. Applications submitted without this information may also be denied.
 

When your application is approved, we will then set up a meet and greet with you. We also hold adoption events in the Jacksonville & Orange Park area on the weekends. 4F Animal Rescue reserves the right to deny an application for any reason.  Even if the adoption criteria can be met it does not guarantee an application will be approved. We work tirelessly to make the best decision for our rescues that we are able to.
